Dana 10. i 11. listopada 2013. godine u Bruxellesu je odr\u017ean redovni PRC (Performance Rights Committee) sastanak, na kojem su kao predstavnice ZAPRAF-a sudjelovale Ivana Gustin, direktorica ZAPRAF-a i Maja Vidmar, pravna savjetnica ZAPRAF-a.<\/p>\n

Sukladno izlo\u017eenim podacima od strane IFPI-ja (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) ukupna prikupljena naknada kolektivnih organizacija za 2012. godinu porasla je za 16,2 %, dok je raspodjela fonogramskih naknada porasla za 19,3%.<\/p>\n

U odnosu na omjer raspodjele naknada fonogramskih prava i GDP-a Hrvatska zauzima vode\u0107u poziciju. Tako\u0111er, ZAPRAF je u samom vrhu glede automatizirane raspodjele prihoda od elektroni\u010dkih medija.
\nIzlo\u017een je presjek aktivnosti u balkanskim zemljama s osvrtom na nedavno odr\u017eanu Regionalnu konferenciju u Skopju, kao i plan daljnjih aktivnosti u zemljama gdje ne postoje kolektivne organizacije proizvo\u0111a\u010da fonograma (Bosna i Hercegovina, Crna Gora), odnosno u zemljama gdje sustav jo\u0161 nije profunkcionirao na kvalitetan na\u010din (Makedonija, Albanija, Kosovo)<\/p>\n

Predstavnice Europske Komisije me\u0111u kojima je bila i g\u0111a. Maria Martin Prat, voditeljica odjela za autorsko pravo i srodna prava, predstavile su aktualne novine i prijedloge novih Direktiva koje se odnose na ovo podru\u010dje prava.
\nObra\u0111ene su i teme vezane za emitiranje, prikupljanje naknada od BTL-a, suradnju me\u0111u kolektivnim organizacijama i novim inicijativama u podru\u010dju za\u0161tite fonogramskih prava.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
