IFPI je\u00a0objavio svoj godi\u0161nji izvje\u0161taj o stanju svjetske glazbene industrije. Izvje\u0161taj je pokazao da glazbena industrija potro\u0161a\u010dima nudi jo\u0161 ve\u0107i i diversificirani izbor licenciranih glazbenih servisa. Globalni prihodi od streaminga i pretplatnih servisa u 2013. sko\u010dili su 51,3% i po prvi puta pre\u0161li granicu od milijardu dolara, dok je sveukupni prihod od digitalije porastao 4,3%, a europsko tr\u017ei\u0161te do\u017eivjelo je prvi porast prihoda u vi\u0161e od desetlje\u0107a.<\/p>\n

Nakon 12 godina svih pet najve\u0107ih europskih tr\u017ei\u0161ta \u2013 Francuska, Njema\u010dka, Italija, Nizozemska i Velika Britanija, do\u017eivjele su porast prihoda. Ameri\u010dko tr\u017ei\u0161te i dalje se stabilizira s porastom prihoda od 0,8%, dok se u Latinskoj Americi rast od 1,4% mo\u017ee pripisati sna\u017enom rastu prihoda od digitalnih servisa koji su ujedno nadomjestili pad fizi\u010dke prodaje.<\/p>\n

Unato\u010d pozitivnom trendu u ve\u0107ini tr\u017ei\u0161ta, globalno su glazbeni prihodi pali za 3,9% u odnosu na 2012. godinu, \u0161to se ve\u0107im dijelom pripisuje Japanskom tr\u017ei\u0161tu koje je ostvarilo pad prihoda od 16,7% u odnosu na pro\u0161lu godinu. Globalni prihod bi u 2013., bez Japana, bio manji za 0,1%.<\/p>\n
