{"id":7097,"date":"2026-05-14T09:24:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:24:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zapraf.hr\/hr\/?p=7097"},"modified":"2026-05-14T09:24:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:24:08","slug":"obavijest-o-neprepoznatim-snimkama-u-zapraf-bazi-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zapraf.hr\/hr\/obavijest-o-neprepoznatim-snimkama-u-zapraf-bazi-5\/","title":{"rendered":"OBAVIJEST O NEPREPOZNATIM SNIMKAMA U ZAPRAF BAZI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovim putem vas obavje\u0161tavamo da su sukladno Pravilima za rad u ZAPRAF bazi s danom <strong>1. o\u017eujka 2026. godine<\/strong>\u00a0zavr\u0161ene prijave izdanja za sudjelovanje u raspodjeli naknada za reparticijsku godinu 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stru\u010dna slu\u017eba ZAPRAF-a u procesu je unosa podataka o kori\u0161tenju snimaka od strane korisnika. U ovom trenutku obra\u0111eno je preko\u00a0<strong>99% izvje\u0161taja<\/strong>\u00a0za 2025. godinu. U cilju \u0161to kvalitetnije obrade i analize podataka, molimo sve nositelje prava da nam\u00a0<strong>pravovremeno dostave zahtjev za spajanjem neprepoznatih zapisa s prepoznatim snimkama<\/strong>. Ukoliko va\u0161 zahtjev bude opravdan stru\u010dna slu\u017eba ZAPRAF-a \u0107e izvr\u0161iti provjeru zahtjeva kako bi i ti podaci u\u0161li u redovan proces obrade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kao dio Airplayja 2025. godine, u ZAPRAF bazi nalazi se\u00a0<strong>podrubrika NEPREPOZNATE SNIMKE<\/strong>\u00a0koja sadr\u017ei popis snimaka koje se automatskom obradom podataka dostavljenih od strane korisnika, radijskih i televizijskih postaja, nisu spojile s podacima o vlasni\u0161tvu snimaka u samoj bazi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Svi davatelji punomo\u0107i i korisnici ZAPRAF baze u bilo kojem trenutku mogu pregledati stanje svojih fonograma u kategoriji NEPREPOZNATE SNIMKE te sukladno pregledanom popisu o mogu\u0107im spajanjima tzv. neprepoznatih snimaka s pripadaju\u0107im prepoznatim snimkama, obavijestiti ured ZAPRAF-a, a kako bi sve njihove snimke pravovremeno bile dodijeljene pripadaju\u0107im katalozima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U slu\u010daju potrebe, ured ZAPRAF-a stoji na raspolaganju za vi\u0161e informacija svim korisnicima ZAPRAF baze na broj telefona 01\/3668 169 ili na email:\u00a0<strong>ana.kruljac@zapraf.hr<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ovim putem vas obavje\u0161tavamo da su sukladno Pravilima za rad u ZAPRAF bazi s danom 1. o\u017eujka 2026. godine\u00a0zavr\u0161ene prijave izdanja za sudjelovanje u raspodjeli naknada za reparticijsku godinu 2025.
